Groups of like-minded people, feeling supported and held through their journey of healing.
Gaelene Risk is an international workshop facilitator, having presented workshops in the U.K., Channel Islands, Ireland and South Africa for the past twelve years.
Most often Gaelene’s workshops are held with a small group of people, to allow everyone personal attention and the opportunity to be heard and guided through the process at their pace. Gaelene encourages workshops that are participation based as this directs the workshop, offers what the group members needs and allows for an opportunity to put into practice what you learn.
Gaelene’s workshops offer valuable information with open discussions on what human beings understand or believe to be true. Her workshop durations can be a morning session, two morning sessions or two full days, dependent on the theme of the workshop. After attending a workshop with Gaelene, you will leave feeling more confident, educated, empowered and more in control of yourself and your experience in the world. You always take material away with you: reading material, workbooks or audios as well as follow up support. Open lines of communication are what you can expect from Gaelene.
“All of my workshops begin with a base of honouring yourself, accepting who you are and letting go of the identity you have created as a result of your experiences. It doesn’t matter where in the world I go, every person I meet wants the same things; to feel loving and accepting of themselves, to feel loving and accepting of others, and to be successful in a life that is in alignment with who they are. These are the core values that are intertwined in all of my workshops. Dependent on who the workshop is for; dependent on age, culture, corporate or community, I formulate a workshop that encompasses all of these outcomes with an achievable directive.”
Why attend a workshop with Gaelene?
Life is too short for you not to be changed. My workshops will do that for you. Intensive and liberating all at the same time, going to deeper levels of yourself and understanding why you are the person you are and how you’d like to be better. My workshops are transformational, be prepared to be changed.
Who can attend the workshops?
Depending on the type of workshop that is being facilitated, this will determine the age of group members. Ordinarily, adult workshops invite members from 18 years and up, while the children’s workshops are 12-18yrs old. If required, workshops for younger children are under consideration.

Yes! I offer workshops for private events. Depending on the type of group and how many group members, I offer group rates and I am flexible with facilitating the workshop at another location.
What do I need to bring along to the workshop?
All the materials you need will be provided for you as part of the workshop fee. I do suggest you bring along your own journal to write in, alongside an open heart and a willingness to change. I will let you know in advance, should you need to bring anything extra.
